I was given the chance to review Chef Proven’s lemon zester/grater. I was excited to try this out because I use lemon in a lot of my recipes!
This zester is great quality! It’s a heavy duty utensil, but it’s not heavy to use. It is light weight and efficient at doing what it is supposed to. I’m very happy to have this because previously, I was using a different method to zest my lemons and this is much easier!

Here’s the recipe I like to use lemon zest in: Lemon Basil Chicken
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Get 2 chicken breast. In a bowl, add the zest of 1 lemon and juice of 2 lemons. Add basil to your liking. Add olive oil. I usually add salt and pepper to this mixture as well, and a little garlic. Coat the chicken in this mixture. Add chicken to an aluminum foil lined pan. I usually add a little more olive oil for good measure. Bake chicken for 45 minutes to an hour, or until the juices are clear. Enjoy!
