I had the chance to reivew Spacoustic. Spacoustic is an audio program used for health benefits. It’s hard for me to describe in my own words, so here’s some information about it from the company:
Spacoustic was created by Prescription Audio™, the leading supplier of drug-free programs that use the healing power of sound to relieve stress, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and addiction. Our programs utilize audio vibrations embedded into the multilayered sound technology known as Quantum HarmonicsTM. When precisely delivered, these sound frequencies create synchronization between the brain’s left and right hemispheres, quieting the mind, and allowing deep relaxation, meditation, and dreamless sleep to occur. These therapies are fully natural, completely drug-free, and clinically proven in studies conducted by independent researchers and the United States military. Chill, by Spacoustic, is a stress relief program that merges the science of Quantum Harmonis with the benefits of meditation in a revolutionary new technology that enables you to quickly and easily achieve levels of profound relaxation — without the years of practice that is normally required. At the touch of a button, the chill program quickly and efficiently guides your brainwave patterns from relaxing alpha frequencies, to deeply meditative theta states within minutes.
Nocturne, by Spacoustic, is a sleep enhancement program that guides your brainwave patterns into the deep delta state in just minutes. There are several stages of sleep which people pass through in the course of a good restful night. In each stage that our sleep gets deeper, our bodies get more relaxed and our brainwave patterns slow down. The deepest and most rejuvenating levels of sleep are associated with delta brainwave patterns. Good health begins with a good night’s sleep.
I believe I got the “Chill” program to review. When it was sent to me, it says “Calm”. I wanted to try Nocturne, because I have problems sleeping. But anywho… I’m actually listening to the program as I type this.
I have mixed feelings about this. I’ve done guided meditation before, which I feel like this program basically is. There’s a woman’s voice, guiding you what to do. To me, her voice isn’t that relaxing. The background music is okay, but not great. I would prefer to just put on some classical music and chill out, or any instrumental music.
I really did want to love this, but I just can’t. It might work for some people, but it definitely wasn’t working for me. If you are interested in finding more information about Spacoustic, you can visit their website: http://spacoustic.com/
